Thailand's premier deluxe island hideaway where people can balance body, mind and spirit in an environmentally friendly space. The Racha is set on a pristine beach on Racha Island; only 12 miles south of Phuket (40 mins away via speed boast).

The Resort features 70 luxurious villas and aims to be a leader in responsible and environmentally sustainable tourism. All villas are designed in a minimalistic, zen-like nouveaux style and feature open-air rain showers and comfortable day beds indoor as well as on the terrace.

Boat transfer to Racha Island can be arranged with the hotel at additional costs.

**There will be a construction of 15 new "Pool Villas" on the vacant land adjacent to the resort (behind the hotel). The construction expected to complete within mid of 2011.

Nearby Island Information

Phuket is Thailand's biggest island and is itself surrounded by smaller islands to visit and even to stay on. Some are uninhabited, visited only during the day; some are big enough to be home to small communities and some house hotels and villages. However, none are further than 30 minutes away by speedboat. For that extra 'away from it all' feeling and atmosphere you cannot beat getting off Phuket and experiencing the island atmosphere of Ko Yai, Coral Island or Ko Racha where the sea is just that little bit bluer, the fish more colourful and where the sand is just that much whiter.
