- Pathumwan Princess Bangkok will be renovating the 462 guest rooms which the room upgrade will gradually taken several phases throughout the year 2008 and 2009 which each phase will take approximately 90 days. The refurbishment project will only take place during the hours of 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. - All hotel guest rooms will be the non-smoking rooms. The hotel will provide the proper Smoking room at the ground floor and at the open garden area on the 8th floor.
- Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Bangkok has renovated Kayageum BBQ Restaurant which will be completed by mid-December 2008.
