- Walking distance to several city landmarks including the PETRONAS Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, the KL Convention Centre and KLCC Park
- Area around the hotel can get traffic congested
- Taxis are a little hard to find outside the hotel - just walk around the corner to flag one down
