**Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement/Confirmation, if at any time after the execution or commencement of this Agreement/Confirmation (whichever is the earlier), the Hotel determines in its absolute discretion, that the hotel building or any substantial part thereof is to be renovated, refurbished, altered or demolished of, if there is a change of use for the hotel building for uses other than as a hotel, the Hotel shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to terminate the accommodation Agreement/Confirmation by giving Company/Guest no less than 60 days’ notice in writing to that effect, with an option to relocate your reservation to another recommended hotel with no indemnity. Alternatively, should Company/Name decide to find relocation options, the Hotel will not be responsible for any charges including rate differences, if any.**
