Building : Situated in a large complex together with the shopping plaza. The LOTUS HOTEL has two wing: the Doi Suthep Wing has 13 floors with an atrium style open lobby and the Huay Kaew Wing which is situated above a parking house with its OWN reception and lobby on the 4th floor.
Both wings are linked up on the ground floor and the 6th floor in the Doi Suthep Wing. They are together 6 lifts: three panorama glass lifts in the lobby of the Doi Suthep Wing and another three in the Huay Kaew Wing.
The old city, which still has the remains of the city wall and lots of small lanes to wander around, also contains the main temples and cultural areas. Modern development has not progressed at quite the same pace as the rest of the city, so hotels tend to located on the fringes. Buses, open air and ordinary taxis are frequent so its easy to get around.
