Karon Sea Sands Resort is situated right on Karon Beach and a perfect retreat for anyone wishing to stay in an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy, while enjoying the convenience of being moments away from Karon Beach and Karon shopping center. Karon Sea Sands is combination of traditional Thai Style, warm ambience and friendly personalised service. The view from the rooms look out on that blue horizon and you will wish never to stop gazing on the blue and white waves, yellow sands, green palm trees with a long cold drink in one hand, a book in another and a straw hat to keep your hair from flying about.
Karon, the second largest of Phuket's principal west coast beaches, is quiet and relaxed. Lots of good local restaurants and a good range of accommodation from small guesthouses to family resorts. The beach has lots of room and is rarely crowded. Snorkelling at the southern end which has a coral reef stretching toward Kata and a small offshore island (Boo Island.) From November to April, Karon offers perfect conditions, but from May to October swimming can be dangerous because of strong undertows, so observe the warning flags.
