Constructed in 1973 and recently refurbished, the Royal Cliff Terrace is a low-rise 5 storey building built into the cliff face and directly facing the sea. The Royal Cliff Terrace has a secluded beachfront location and tranquil atmosphere. All accommodation has seaview balconies with sunloungers.

パタヤ ヒルは、パタヤビーチの南にある小さな丘で、アスファルトの舗装道路を通って頂上まで行くことができます。この丘はタイ海軍の父と呼ばれるクロム ルアン チュンポン ケット ウドムサックの記念碑が建てられており、また現在、海軍の無線基地が置かれています。丘の頂上には神聖な仏像がまつられています。頂上の見晴台からは、パタヤの街とパタヤ湾のパノラマのような景色が眺められます。
