- 2 Keys Policies during check-in, guest will be given 2 keys. One is the room key the other is the safety box key. On leaving the hotel daily, kindly drop your room key at the reception. Keep the safety box key by yourself till check-out.

- Credit Cards: Visa Card and Master card.
- Check-in Time:14.00 hrs. Your room will be ready for you at 14.00 hrs or earliest if possible. A valid ID or Passport and credit card must be presented upon check-in. Name on ID or Passport should match the guest name under which the room is booked, credit card authorization is required to guarantee payment for incidental.
- Check out Time: 12.00 hrs(Noon). All guests are required to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon.
- Late check-out: THB 200 per hour. After 5pm: Full day rate.
- Hotel PABX In-coming calls to the hotel will be handle by the PABX auto Attendances, follows the prompt and dial the extension number or wait for the operator.
- Safe Deposit Boxe is available at the reception. It can be only open with 2 keys (one kept by the guest and the other by the duty reception). Please ensure you remove all your valuables on departure. Lost key replacement THB 2,000
- Free internet most of the rooms are cover by free wireless. Should the signal be weak, please approach the lobby area for better connections.
- 2 internet stations are available free for usage too.
- The hotel televisions screen local channels and foreign programs by Phuket cable TV.
- Privacy: When you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang your “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room and request our operator to screen out telephone calls. Please be aware that the maid requires access to your room for cleaning; therefore please do not hang the sign for the whole day.
- Budget Laundry: Laundry charges @ THB 80 / kg and laundry bags are provided in your room. Send for washing and collect the next day same time at the reception.
- International Calls: Direct dialing or, for operator, dial “0” (see attached country code list and instructions). Suggest you purchase a local mobile SIM card it would be cheaper for IDD calls.
- Baggage Service: Dial “0” to call our receptionist and ask for your baggage collection.
- Newspaper:Complimentary Local English Newspapers are available at the recreation area.
- Swimming Pool: Open Daily from: 7 am. – 7 pm.
- Pool Towels: Pool towels are available at Reception; please return them to the same place.
- Recreation Area: Open from 9am to 6pm. Located at the Building 5 G-floor. Guest can enjoy the snooker pool table, table tennis, darts, Suntan, Newspaper.Please be considerate to keep noise level low.
- Companion Guest: Procedure for registration of guest’s visitors
1. The hotel allows visitors to share a room with a guest for additional charge of THB 500 per person / day.
2. For security reasons, the visitor must give their identification card to hotel security
3. Visitors are not allowed to go to the guest’s room with the guest without the hotel’s permission, and the hotel will be not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
4. Visitors are not entitled to sign any bills or charges.
- Extra bed is available and should be requested at the time of booking.
- Additional: Dial “0” for reception to request for; towels, beach towels, blankets.
- Other Charges: Extra bed, mini bar, telephone calls must be paid upon check out.
_ Mail and Messages: Mail for posting with the addressee clearly written should be given to the front desk before noon. Postage fees apply. Please check with the receptionist for any message.
- Maintenances: If there is anything in your room that needs the attention of our housekeeping or maintenances department, please dial “0”.
- Tour Desk: Airline confirmation, airport transfer, taxi & car rental, tours & excursion can be arranged by the open daily 9am. – 9pm.
- Parking: Ample parking area is available.
- Payment Method: Matters Pertaining to Hotel Accommodations. Credit cannot be given for any unused hotel reservations. Extra night charges after your arrival will be at the rate advertised in the hotel.
