The resort has completed renovations, which started in November and when the resort re-opens on 1 March 2010, there will be exciting offerings, namely the launch of the spanking new and exclusive Deluxe Garden Suites. The suites are housed in double-story wooden chalets, featuring traditional Malaysian architectural design, a new luxury which comes with a breathtaking view and sound of the ocean right outside. The make-over hotel lobby utterly reveals a compelling new look to enhance the surrounding comfort and sophistication. Also, the newly face-lifted Bar Lounge promises exotic cocktails and a relaxing sphere for the in-house guests. There will also be a new-fangled dining choice which serves western, Chinese and local food.

Redang Island is recognised as one of the best coral and marine ecosystems in Malaysia, and is fast becoming a major eco-tourist attraction and one of the countrys premier marine parks. Berjaya Redang Beach Resort boasts 273 tastefully furnished rooms and suites with ensuite bathrooms in typical Malaysian-style chalets. All rooms are comfortably furnished and fully equipped with modern amenities. The Superior Room are double storey Malaysian styled timber framed long house with garden views. The Deluxe Chalets are also double storey Malaysian styled timber framed with total of 4 rooms in one chalet, and the Sea facing category overlooks the beautiful panoramic ocean. The Suites categories are sea facing and they consist of 2 bedrooms; one Master bedroom with king-size bed with attached bathroom and bathtub and 1 twin bedroom with attached bathroom and shower. The Royal Suite unit is an exclusive one-bedroom suite with Jacuzzi, separate shower room, living and dining room with one mini kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven.
