It is easy to see why frequent visitors like to return to Galleria 10 Hotel when they visit Bangkok. It has an enviable location, on a small quiet soi off Sukhumvit Road, close to nightlife in Nana and Terminal 21 shopping mall. It might only be a short ten minute walk to the hotel from the BTS, but to save you energy the hotel Tuk Tuk will pick you up at the end of soi 10. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the friendly and competent team at Galleria 10, and a refreshing welcome ice-cream. The hotels lobby has smart modern feel to it, with plenty of glass and colourful lighting. Also on the ground floor is @g, a cafe with a relaxed, chic cafeteria vibe that is perfect for a quick lunch of crab fried rice and chicken satay or coffee and a slice of cheesecake in the afternoon.
Head up to the rooftop and you will find a swimming pool and Leapfrog, a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Californian /Asian fusion dishes including seared tuna salad and wagyu tenderloin with taro mash. Yet to be discovered by the crowds the restaurant is perfect for a low-key evening. At Galleria 10 the rooms are minimalist in design, with a bold skyscraper outline printed above the bed. With floor to ceiling windows there is plenty of light in the 24 square metre Deluxe Chill rooms, which look out onto Bangkok. These great value rooms offer plenty of modern conveniences, with free Wi-Fi, 40 inch TV with international channels and a powerful rain shower.
