Getting there: Guests can take ferry transfer from Tanah Merah ferry Terminal to Nongsa ferry Terminal (approx. 35-40 minutes)
Upon arrival at Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal at Batam, land transfer to the resort is provided.
Return Ferry departure from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore to Nongsa Pura Terminal, Batam at S$47 per adult, S$43 per child (3 to 12 years of age) and S$43 per infant, including all taxes, can be arranged by the resort.
Express immigration clearance will be S$2/head.
