Located on the Island of Racha Yai which is situated 12 nm south of Phuket Island on the south west coast of Thailand. There are no roads and hence no traffic. It is a small island so walking is easy and enjoyable.

Some are uninhabited, visited only during the day; some are big enough to be home to small communities and some house hotels and villages. However, none are further than 30 minutes away by speedboat.
