3. Reservations & Booking Procedure: The Tours Operator(s)/Agent(s) shall submit all reservations by writing to the Hotel. All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation, unless a firm room allotment has been agreed upon by the Hotel. Reservation shall not be binding until acceptance and confirmation has been received from the Hotel. The Operator agreed to provide written orders for bookings including indication of payment method before guest’s arrival. Published rates will be charged direct to the guests in absent of written confirmation from the Operator.
