Getting there: Driving directions from the airport:
Go to the south, following the many blue "Patong Beach" signs for about 45 minutes.
Once in Patong, enter Rat-U-Thit road, the main street and look for the tallest tower: the Paradise tower. You are arrived to the Paradise Complex (Gay area).
By taxi from the airport:
The most convenient: we can send a car to pick you up at the airport for 600 Baht.
The cheapest: you can take a shared minibus for 200 Baht but you will probably have to make a long break in a travel agent where they will try to sell you tours.
In between: you can take a taxi meter from the airport (on the extreme right when leaving the terminal), because you will arrive in the afternoon you should not have to wait for a long time before catching one.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast is included with very good coffee, starting this year. Have some fun in the sauna area. It's not on one of the main streets rather a narrow street between the bigger streets. It's not a Hilton rather it has some character and life. There is wireless Internet if you bring your laptop and also a computer to use in the lobby. The guys are nice who work there. Beach is ten minutes away. Bars are right around the corner.
Patong is the island's oldest and most developed tourist area, with a wide range of accommodation and activities within close proximity of 3,000 metre crescent shaped beach.
