AKWA Guesthouse, Restaurant & Bar is located at the quiet end of Chaweng Beach. Chaweng Beach (which is opposite AKWA, just accross the road) is only a 45 second, or 15 second run (if you are in a hurry) , from the front doors the of AKWA Guesthouse. AKWA is a unique Guesthouse. We offer Beach and Pool access, along with Beach chairs and all the individual and boutique style accommodations that a Guesthouse can provide to the discerning holiday goer, which you will remember for years.


We are located at the south end of the renowned Chaweng beach, well away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort areas.

AKWA STANDARD ROOM
The room rate excludes breakfast (Thou A'lCarte Breakfast is available all day long till we Close.)
The AKWA Standard rooms are located right next door to that AKWA Restaurant and Main Building. You of course have direct access to Chaweng Beach. The Beach is only a 45 second, or 15 second run (if you are in a hurry) , from the front doors the of AKWA Guest-house & Restaurant. All of AKWA is Unique . The individual and boutique style accommodation of the AKWA Standard room provides the discerning holiday goer with an experience you will remember for years. Standard Room includes : A Great location, WiFi in the most of the Standard rooms, Quilt and Pillows, audio-visual equipment including, Satellite Cable TV, DVD stereo/movie system, TV. Open style bathroom, Spray shower with continuous hot water, Individually controlled air-conditioning, Mini Fridge Superb 5 Star Service. Maximum guests per room = 2 (No Children or Extra bed requests) Please note: The latest check in time can not exceed 11:00 PM (if you arrive after 11PM it may and could be at your own risk as our Reception / Bar may close at 11PM, Thou should you arrive after this time it is at your own risk and you may have to pay at your own cost an additionally accommodation fee for that evening/morning and that nights fee that you owe AKWA will not be refundable. Rates exclude 10% service charge, exclude 1% gov.TAX, exclude 7% VAT, exclude breakfast. WIFI also in the main Building. Free WiFi in all the rooms.

AKWA DELUXE STUDIO

The AKWA Deluxe Studio is larger and plusher than the Standard Room and is located at the southern end of Chaweng Beach in the Main AKWA Building. Chaweng Beach is only a 45 second, or 15 second run (if you are in a hurry) from the front doors the of AKWA Guest-house. The individual and boutique style accommodation of the AKWA Deluxe Studio provides the discerning holiday goer with an experience you will remember for years. AKWA Deluxe room includes: Superb location, WiFi in all the Deluxe rooms, Quilt and Pillows, Beach towels on request, State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including, Satellite Cable TV, DVD, CD, MP3 stereo/movie system, 21 Inch TV with speakers, IPod charging & small speaker system. (Installed on 15/12/09). Open style bathroom, Spray shower with continuous hot water, Room Service (8.30am - Midnight), Individually controlled air-conditioning, Mini Fridge, Complimentary Drinking Water, In room Tea and Coffee Making Facilities, Electrical kettle, Windows that open, Superb 5 Star Service. Maximum guests per room = 2 (No Children or Extra bed requests)

The 3 AKWA Penthouse Studio’s are located on the top floors of the AKWA Guesthouse complexes and are all generous Pop Art Inspired Funky Studios, which includes all modern conveniences. They are all slightly different yes they all boast a Large Terrace With Dining for 4 and a Teak Sun Bed or 2. Each has a modern Bathroom with a variety of luxurious Toiletries, 2 Studio’s have a private bath tub overlooking the terrace and All 3 have views to Chaweng Beach. Amenities include: 1 king bed with Egyptian cotton linens and a cosy feather duvet quilt and pillows. WiFi in all of the Penthouse Studio’s Beach towels on request, Lounge area, State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including, Satellite Cable TV, DVD, CD, MP3 stereo/movie system, 21 Inch TV with speakers, IPod charging & small speaker system. (Installed on 15/12/09).
